By engaging Global Asset Recovery ("we", "us", "our"), you ("client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer asset recovery services including blockchain tracing, evidence collection, legal negotiation, and cross-border enforcement. All services are provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed outcome.

• Blockchain transaction analysis and tracing
• Identification and reporting of liable parties
• Legal negotiation and coordination with authorities
• Case management and transparent client communication

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about their case. Failure to do so may result in reduced recovery chances or termination of services.

• Provide all transaction IDs, wallet addresses, and relevant communications
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Cooperate fully with our investigation and legal teams
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact details

4. Fees & Payment

We operate on a success-based fee structure. Fees are deducted only from successfully recovered funds. No upfront fees are charged.

• All costs and disbursements are communicated transparently
• No hidden charges or unexpected costs

5. Confidentiality

All information shared with us is strictly confidential. We do not disclose client identities, case details, or personal data to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive for the best possible result, we cannot guarantee recovery in every case. Outcomes depend on factors including jurisdictional complexity, asset availability, and third-party cooperation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Asset Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. If terminated, you are responsible for any costs incurred up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Asset Recovery operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before litigation.
